There are several "manufactured housing parks" in Idaho Falls, but we are far and away the nicest community in the area. What do we base this on? There are so many positive reasons for you to choose a home with us:
•Welcoming, attractive office and property entrance
The entrance into Pinewood Estates is kept mowed, weeded, trimmed, and boasts a bright show of colorful flowers all summer long. The office likewise is kept in good repair and has a pleasant atmosphere. Throughout the summer months residents can pop in to the office on Friday afternoons for a bag of fresh crispy popcorn.
Our office is right inside the entrance and is staffed by a friendly, knowledgeable manager, who works with a variety skilled and hard working maintenance staff. Together they strive to keep the community in good order and our residents happy.
•Well cared for and well lit streets
Our paved streets have just undergone and overhaul and are in good repair. There is a street lamp at the front of each property for added safety. We have speed bumps throughout the park and a 10mph speed limit to encourage safe and slow driving. Established lawns and landscaping and many large trees give the feel of permanence.
•Private park for resident use
In the heart of our residential community is Pinewood Park, a large, tree-lined, grassy park for the use of our residents. Bring a blanket and enjoy a picnic in the shade of the big trees that line both sides for shade all day long. There is a recently renovated playground for the small children and a basketball hoop for all to enjoy, and more than enough room for a good game of soccer or tag football. The park is also frequently the site of Pinewood-sponsored family-based activities such as our outdoor movie nights, ice cream sundae socials, back to school nite, family fun nights complete with free hot dogs, water slides and a bouncy house, and our annual Easter egg hunt.
In an effort to keep everyone on the same page, Pinewood residents receive a newsletter (published in both English and Spanish) the first of each month. This newsletter is a bulletin board for policies and announcements, updates, contests, and even a fun seasonal recipe.
At Pinewood we do our best to keep our community in the best shape possible. We could not do it without the help and cooperation of our great residents. We frequently have a home or two for sale throughout the park and whether for sale by a resident or by Pinewood itself, you won't find a nicer or friendlier manufactured housing park in the area.
