Where To Settle Your Manufactured Home
April 14, 2016
Once you have decided to purchase a manufactured home, the next question to arise is, "Where do we put it?" If you own a piece of real estate, then that would be the obvious answer - just have it moved to your property and live happily ever after.
Not everyone is able to use that option, however. Some people look at this as a starter home and just want a nice neighborhood to live in while they are saving up for "the big one." Others may move every few years for a job or other situation but like the benefit of building some equity each month rather than throwing it all into rent. Still others may want to live in the home indefinitely but do not want to deal with caring for a large property. If you fall into one of these categories, then purchasing a home in a manufactured housing community is a great choice for you.
Pinewood Estates is a family-friendly neighborhood made up of attractive and budget-conscious homes. There are several ways to become a resident of Pinewood Estates. You can buy a home currently listed for sale withing the community, you can bring your own existing modular home into the park, or you can order one of our new, custom-built homes to be set up and finished to suit your needs. Additionally, from time to time, residents put their homes up for rent and that can be a great option too.
From time to time we have residents who must move on, who put their homes up for private sale. These homes vary in size, price and features. Pinewood Estates has also brought quality homes into the community. The homes for sale by Pinewood have often been refurbished, if not fully remodeled and many of these have had generous porches or decks added on. With so much variety, you may find just what you are looking for.
If you have been living in a manufactured home but have not been crazy about the neighborhood you have been in, call us about moving your home in to one of our vacant lots. The lots are already fitted with pluming and electrical, have established lawns and trees, driveways, and most have at least one side fenced. (We do not do the moving but may help with your costs) Call us and ask about ordering one of our brand new custom homes to be placed on the vacant lot of your choice within the park. This is a great opportunity to have a custom home in the nicest manufactured home park in the Idaho Falls area.
